Welcome to Inzomet ("the Service", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), operated by Nilesh Pandey (Individual / Sole Proprietor). By accessing or using https://www.inzomet.me/ and its services, you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately. Inzomet is an AI-powered social media automation platform that enables users to automate comment responses on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube via their respective official APIs.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and keep it updated. Inzomet reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
To use Inzomet's automation features, you must connect your Instagram, Facebook, and/or YouTube accounts via OAuth authorization. By connecting a social media account, you: • Authorize Inzomet to access and interact with your account using that platform's official API. • Confirm you are the legitimate owner or authorized administrator of the connected account. • Accept that actions taken by Inzomet are performed under your authorization and in your name. • Acknowledge that Inzomet's access is also subject to the terms and policies of Meta and Google. You may revoke Inzomet's access at any time via that platform's app settings or from within the Inzomet dashboard.
You agree to use Inzomet only for lawful, legitimate purposes and in compliance with the terms of Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. You must NOT use Inzomet to: • Send spam, misleading, or deceptive automated responses. • Violate Meta's Platform Terms, Instagram's Community Guidelines, Facebook's Community Standards, or YouTube's Terms of Service. • Harass, abuse, or harm other users on connected platforms. • Promote illegal activities, hate speech, or harmful content via automated replies. Inzomet reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if your use of the automation features violates platform policies or these Terms.
Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, contact us at nilesh@inzomet.me within 7 days of purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline refund requests at our sole discretion.
All content on the Inzomet platform — including but not limited to the logo, visual design, trademarks, software, text, and graphics — is the exclusive property of Inzomet and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform solely for its intended purpose. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission.
If you provide feedback, ideas, or suggestions regarding the platform, you grant Inzomet a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, implement, or modify such feedback without any obligation of compensation or credit to you.
You agree not to: • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any Indian laws. • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or its related systems. • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service. • Use Inzomet in any way that could damage or impair the infrastructure of Meta, Google, or Inzomet. • Circumvent platform-level rate limits or API restrictions.
Inzomet operates by integrating with Meta's Graph API and Google's YouTube Data API. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. or Google LLC. Inzomet is not responsible for: • Changes to Meta or Google API policies that may affect platform functionality. • Actions taken by Meta or Google against your connected accounts due to your misuse of the automation features. • Downtime, rate limiting, or deprecation of third-party APIs. You remain solely responsible for ensuring your use of connected platforms complies with their respective terms of service.
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, as functionality depends on the availability and policies of third-party APIs.
To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, Inzomet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including consequences arising from automated actions on your connected social media accounts. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 3 months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual negotiation. Unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance.
