Data Deletion Instructions

If you have connected your Facebook, Instagram, or other social accounts to Inzomet and wish to delete all your associated data, you can do so using one of the two methods below. We comply with Meta's data deletion requirements and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act), 2023.

Option 1 — Email Request

Send an email to nilesh@inzomet.me with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include your registered email address in the message body.

We will process your request and confirm deletion within 7 business days.

Option 2 — From Your Account

Log in to your Inzomet account and navigate to:

Settings
Account
Delete Account

This will permanently and immediately remove all your data from our systems.

What Gets Deleted

Your account information (name, email, profile)
Connected social media OAuth tokens (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
All automated comment reply history and logs
Smart Inbox messages and activity data
Usage statistics and platform analytics
Any saved preferences or automation settings

Please Note

Deletion of your Inzomet account does not automatically revoke the permissions you granted on Facebook, Instagram, or YouTube. To fully disconnect Inzomet from those platforms, also visit each platform's app settings and remove Inzomet's access there.
